How to Request Account Deletion
Heybopet respects your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use Heybopet services, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Method 1: Delete from the app
- Open the Heybopet app
- Open Profile or Account Settings
- Select Account Management
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request
Method 2: Email request
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered phone number, username and account email address
- We may verify your identity before processing the request
What Happens After Deletion
After your request is confirmed, your account information will be deleted, including:
- User profile information
- Login information
- Pet profile information
- Recipe history
- Device association information
Data Retention
Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security protection, fraud prevention or business records. Retained information will only be stored for the necessary period.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. After completion, your account access will no longer be available.
Before You Delete Your Account
Deleting your account will remove access to the following:
- Saved pet profiles
- Personalized nutrition recommendations
- Connected smart devices
- Cooking records
Using a Device With Another Account
If you use Heybopet smart devices, you may need to reset or reconnect your device before using another account.

注销后会发生什么
在您的申请确认后，以下账户信息将被删除，包括：
- 用户档案信息
- 登录信息
- 宠物档案信息
- 食谱历史
- 设备关联信息
数据保留
因履行法定义务、安全保护、防范欺诈或保存业务记录所必需的部分信息，可能会被保留。保留的信息仅在必要期限内存储。
处理时间
账户注销申请通常会在 30 天内处理完成。处理完成后，您将无法再访问该账户。

注销账户后，您将无法再访问以下内容：
- 已保存的宠物档案
- 个性化营养建议
- 已连接的智能设备

使用其他账户连接设备
